– shortness of breath
– sore throat
– night sweats
– chills
Do a Rapid Antigen Test.
- If this is negative, you can book an appointment/ consult a doctor. Note that it is a condition of entry that all patients are required to wear a properly fitted mask.
- If this is positive, DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC. Return to your vehicle or the car park and telephone reception on (03) 8786 1200 for further assistance.
Video & Phone Consultations
Telehealth video and phone consultations will be available for ALL patients from Monday 30 March 2020.
Video platforms available include WhatsApp, FaceTime or Viber.
Call the clinic on (03) 8786 1200 as per usual to book a Telehealth video or phone consultation.
To be eligible, you will have to have visited the clinic in person at least once in the past year.
