My Experience

15 Years

I qualified as a doctor in Sri Lanka from the University of Colombo in 1982. Before becoming a full time medical practitioner, I worked in the fields of Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Paediatrics. I have been working in Australia for past 15 years.

I have special interest in women’s health including Implanon insertion and removal, pap smears (cervical screening), kids’ health, immunisation, travel medicine and family medicine. I also do minor procedures.

My qualifications include Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, doctorate in Medicine and Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
